PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's convenience in prepaid fluid supply. SOLUTION: The remaining available time announcement device which is provided separately from a fluid supply device 10 for supplying a fluid of an amount corresponding to an advance payment to announce the remaining available time of the fluid corresponding to the advance payment comprises: a communication means 24 which transmits and receives various pieces of information with the fluid supply device 10; an available quantity information acquisition means 21a1 which acquires available quantity information for specifying an available quantity of the fluid according to the advance payment from the fluid supply device 10 through the communication means 24; a remaining available time calculation means 21a2 which calculates the remaining available time of the fluid based on the available quantity information acquired by the acquisition means 21a1; and an announcement means 26 which announces the remaining available time calculated by the calculation means 21a2.
