PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite pole of a steel pipe and concrete, which prevents the excessive enlargement of a diameter and an increase in cost, and eliminates the directionality of strength, while satisfying required performance. SOLUTION: This composite pole combining the steel pipe and the concrete comprises the steel pipe 13a with a predetermined diameter, and an inside concrete portion 16b which is formed in the state of adhering to the internal periphery of the steel pipe 13a. The inside concrete portion is formed in the state of integral adhesion to the internal periphery of the steel pipe by centrifugal molding. In the presence of a reinforcement arranged on the internal periphery of the steel pipe, the inside concrete portion is formed in the state of integral adhesion to the internal periphery of the steel pipe and the reinforcement by centrifugal molding.
