PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head with a structure in which there exists no concern of bringing a flexible cable into contact with an actuator unit positioned below it. SOLUTION: An ultraviolet(UV) light-curable resin 47 projecting upper than a piezoelectric vibrator 30 in a region opposite side of a driving terminal 39 on the upper face of the actuator unit 4 is provided by placing a piezoelectric body layer 38 between them, and a film-like flexible cable 18 is arranged so as to step across the actuator unit 4 above it so that its driving signal is transmitted to the actuator unit 4 through a wiring terminal 44 joined to the driving terminal 39. The UV light-curable resin 47 sticks and fixes the flexible cable 18 while the flexible cable 18 is pulled to the opposite side of the driving terminal 39. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
