A transporting system with a fire door, a rail apparatus with a fire door, and a transporting system are provided to suppress a bad effect due to a disconnected part, a gap, and a discontinuous part of a rail. A transporting system(100) includes a rail(1), a vehicle(3), a fire door plate(7), and a fire door plate moving apparatus(8). The rail is installed inside a facility. The vehicle has wheels set to roll on a rolling surface of the rail. The fire door plate segments a space inside the facility in a direction crossing the rail in a predetermined position of the rail. The fire door plate moving apparatus moves the fire door plate from an open position in which the vehicle passes the predetermined position to a close position in which the fire door plate segments the space inside the facility. The rail has a first disconnected part(1a) in the predetermined position. The first disconnected part is inclined in a width direction of the rail as seen from the rolling surface. The fire door plate has a shape capable of passing the first disconnected part when moving in the close position.
