APEX AS A MARKER FOR LUNG CANCER

摘要

The present invention relates to the assessment of lung cancer. It disclo ses the use of protein APEX in the assessment of lung cancer. It also relate s to a method for assessing lung cancer in vitro using a liquid sample, deri ved from an individual by measuring APEX in said sample. Measurement of APEX can, e.g., be used in the early detection or in the follow-up of patients w ith lung cancer.
