PURPOSE:To make the application of a release agent unnecessary and also make the frequent application thereof unnecessary by the use of substances added as an inner mold releasing agent with silicone oil or modified silicone oil as skin urethane paint at the time when molding is conducted with an urethane material after skin urethane paint was applied to a mold. CONSTITUTION:As skin urethane paint, either one liquid type or two liquids type are available and a method of molding the molded article main body in the inside of a skin film is conducted usually by reflection injection molding and as a polyurethane material for a molded article main body, two liquids type flexible foaming formula is employed. And, as silicone oil capable of being added to the skin urethane film, dimethyl silicone, phenyl methyl silicone or the like are given and for the kinematic viscosity, it is desirable to be a substance of eta=100-10000eSt. And, it is desirable to employ modified silicone introduced with a functional group or the like. The application quantity is made ordinarily 1-10 pts. with respect to 100 pts. of a film forming element. |
