An apparatus for drying agricultural and marine products on shelves is provided to dry the agricultural and marine products by forced circulation of hot air and thus maximizes drying efficiency and production efficiency. An apparatus for drying agricultural and marine products on a plurality of shelves inside a body opened and closed by a door by supplying air with a heater(21) and a blower(25) comprises: a tray(30) loaded on the shelves; a circulation path way communicating with a central duct(32), wall duct(34) and upper duct(36) to simultaneously supply hot air to the plurality of trays; a control device with a transmitter(42) and a controller(44) and displaying the current state through external monitoring panel; and an auxiliary evacuation part(50) to open and close a discharging flow path of indoor hot air. |
