<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building maintenance management and diagnostic decision system capable of accurately deciding current situations with saved labor. <P>SOLUTION: In this system equipped with an execution management system and a construction history management system cooperatively managed with the basic information data of a building/facility for storing and managing each data extracted from business data and a survey diagnostic system for storing specialized software, construction history data applied from the construction history management system and the diagnostic result data of surveys to be separately performed are inputted to the survey diagnostic system, and data for decision are previously stored in the specialized software resident in the system, and the inputted construction history data and survey diagnostic result data are collated with the data for decision, and the conversion and tabulation of the data are automatically executed, and the decision result is outputted, and the output result is examined.
