An industrial lift having an automatic door is provided to automatically open and close the door with two-phase electric power by cutting off single-phase electric power even when limit switches of a fence door and a safety door are operated. An industrial lift includes a carrier, a safety door(7), a three-phase electric power supply unit(1), a carrier lifting electric motor(18), and a door opening and closing electric motor. The carrier has a door(12). The safety door and the door of the carrier are doubly installed on a slab end of each floor of a building. The carrier lifting electric motor is driven by three-phase electric power supplied from the three-phase electric power supply unit to lift the carrier up and down. The door opening and closing electric motor is driven by two-phase electric power by cutting off single-phase electric power from the three-phase electric power supplied to the carrier lifting electric motor from the three-phase power supply unit when the safety door of the building is opened.
