FIELD: food production technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: canned food production method is comprised of pork kidney cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing. Edible boletuses are shredded, blanched and frozen. Runner beans and greens are frozen and milled. The above ingredients are mixed up with wheat flour, sour cream, drinking water, table salt and CO2-extracts of bitter black pepper. Then mixture is packed in aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: canned food for space feeding with digestibility properties. |
