PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material distribution system capable of using a file being materials at the point of distributing the file, and incapable of acquiring the content thereafter. SOLUTION: When it is decided that the secrecy level of a file exceeds a set value by a secrecy level deciding part 32, a save area preparation part 33 prepares an RAM disk as a storage area in a semiconductor memory composing a storage part 34 of a computer C for a terminal, and a material storage part 36 stores a file in the RAM disk.
