PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of preventing out of synchronization in data transfer between modules when switching clock frequencies. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device includes: a clock control part for generating first and second internal clocks from a clock supplied from an external part, and generating first and second clock synchronous signals corresponding to relation between the frequencies of the first and second internal clocks; and a first module for receiving the first clock and the first and second clock synchronous signals and having an internal circuit which generates a control signal for controlling a second module to be operated at the timing of the clock, to be used inside the first module, and the second clock.
