PURPOSE:To immediately stop a processing action without searching for a special key by controlling an image processing means by means of a controlling means in response to the instructions of an inputting means. CONSTITUTION:A printer 600 performs the reading and recording of an original image. A console unit 750 arranged in a console part possesses the inputting means of a switch matrix group 753 consisting of groups 1 and 2. A system control device 700 controls the printer 600 and sets the action condition of image processing after instructed in response to the instructions from the inputting means 753 when an image is not processed. The instant one of the inputting means 753 is operated during image processing, image processing (printing) is interrupted. In the constitution, plural keys have a function of instructing to stop copying so that the trouble to search for the special key for stopping an action is eliminated and printing can be immediately interrupted. |
