<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for sensor drift compensation, capable of compensating the time variation drift component generated, accompanying the time elapsed since the vibration sensor is turned on. <P>SOLUTION: The system for sensor drift compensation comprises: the sensor body, including a vibrating part 22; the vibration sensor 1 equipped with a signal detecting part 7 for detecting the outputting signal of the sensor body; a drift component generating part 30 for generating the time variation drift component, generated at at least the vibration sensor 1 which accompanies the lapse of time; and the drift eliminating part 50 for eliminating the time variation drift components from the detection signal, detected by the signal detecting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
