PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the lowering of the functions of flow characteristics due to the radial deviation of a spring in an oil jet for cooling a piston which is installed in an engine, incorporates valve functions, and supplies an engine oil for cooling the piston, comprises a body having a seat surface continuous to an opening part, a spring holder part, an oil supply pipe, and a nozzle formed integrally with an oil jet hole, and can jet and supply the oil by press-fitting the spring holder part of the nozzle into the base of the body. SOLUTION: In this oil jet 1, a spring guide 3f recessed part for radially restraining the position of the lower surface 5a of the spring is formed in the inner bottom part of the spring holder 3d of the nozzle 3 manufactured by forming the spring holder 3d, the oil supply pipe 3a, and a single material having the oil jet hole integrally with each other.
