The tracing pen has a tubular reservoir (1) with an end pipe (4) feeding ink or liquid. At the reservoir end opposite to the pipe is a stopper (8) in which slides a hollow tubular actuator (11) to engage a partly hollow rod (5), pressing on a spring (14). The rod and spring are concentric inside the reservoir and in an elongation of the actuator. Any movement of the rod by the actuator (11) thus gives cleaning and/or blocking of the feed pipe (4). The rod has two diameters, the smaller providing liquid metering.
