<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor threshold circuit capable of providing a hysteresis width independent of variation of threshold point. <P>SOLUTION: By generating bias current IB from threshold current IO and hysteresis current IH, the hysteresis width ¾BH¾ is provided using a resistance ratio A and hence determining A keeps the hysteresis width ¾BH¾ constant regardless of a sensor current detecting resistor RS1.
