PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking lance facilitating dimensional management of a locking margin of the lance in assembling components, and slidingly lockable from both front and rear directions; and a lance locking structure using it. SOLUTION: On a base surface of a lock member slidably locked to a locking object member, an elastic deformation part in parallel to a slide direction is formed; and a lock part projecting from the elastic deformation part nearly at a right angle, and toward the locking object member, and locked to a locking object part formed on the locking object member is formed.
