PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitheft tag which is inexpensive, cannot be cut easily by ordinary cutting tools such as a scissors and a cutter, and can warn occurrence of the theft with an alarm sound. SOLUTION: Goods and an antitheft tag 10 are tied with a steel wire 13. This tag seals a lock means 14, the main part of the tag 11, and alarm member 16 integrally by ABS resin. The device is inexpensive and difficult to be cut by the ordinary cutting device such as the scissors. Therefore, the theft prevention effect of goods is enhanced. Even when the goods are stolen, by intercepting an electromagnetic wave of specific frequency from the outside, the alarm can be generated from the alarm device by the alarm member 16.
