A system for operating a loan management account is provided to extend an available loan amount of a customer maximally by opening the loan management account of which a total available loan amount is determined depending on a range and a value of customer assets provided as security, and updating available loan amount/condition information of the loan management account. An account opener opens a loan management account of which a total available loan amount is determined depending on a range and a value of customer assets provided as security to manage a plurality of loans of a customer with one account. An information updater(530) updates available loan amount/condition information of the loan management account by checking asset change of the customer periodically. An information transmitter(515) transmits the updated available loan amount/condition information to a communication tool of the customer. A loan processor(540) processes the loan with the loan management account when the customer requests the loan based on the available loan amount/condition information. |
