A cosmetic composition comprising a peptide derivative having the inhibitory effect on PAR-2 activity is provided to show excellent skin itch improving effect and skin whitening effect without side effects, thereby improving contagious dermatitis or atopic dermatitis. A cosmetic composition for improving skin itch or for skin whitening comprises 0.00001-1.0 wt.% of palmitoyl-Lys-Thr-Thr-Lys-Ser as an effective ingredient.
