A two cone roller drill bit includes two leg sections 11 that are 145-180 degrees from each other and a fluid plenum. Two spacing members (10, fig 7A) are disposed on opposite sides from each other between each of the two leg sections 11, each spacing member (10, fig 7A) having at least one conduit (13, fig 7A) formed therein for channeling fluid from the plenum to the outside of the bit. Also included is a hydraulic attachment piece 40A adapted to fit in to a pocket 33 formed in one of the two leg sections 11. The hydraulic attachment piece 40A includes a conduit formed therein for channeling a fluid from the fluid plenum to the outside of the body. The hydraulic attachment is also said to be attachable to the bit body and that extension pieces (50A, fig12A) can be present. |
