PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine which can prevent fraudulent acts of bending nails while achieving easy adjustment of obstructive nails. SOLUTION: A control section 18a composed of a through hole 18b is provided on a decoration cover body 18. The tip of the top end side of an obstructive nail for an entrance port 16a is inserted into the through hole 18b so that the movement of the top end side of the obstructive nail for the entrance port 16a is restricted by the inner wall of the through hole 18b even though the movement of the obstructive nail for the entrance port 16a by a prescribed amount or more towards the direction in parallel with the board surface of a game board 5 is attempted.
