HIGHLY ADHESIVE FILM

Disclosed is a highly adhesive film having a primer layer excellent in high-temperature hot water resistance, which ensures adhesion during various works without using a crosslinking agent such as a melamine resin which may cause environmental contamination.Specifically, a coating film containing a polyester resin is formed on at least one side of a base film. The coating film only contains 0-0.1% by mass of a crosslinking agent component. The total of the acid number and the hydroxyl number of the polyester resin is 50-200 mgKOH/g, while the acid number being 20-60 mgKOH/g and the hydroxy number being 30-150 mgKOH/g. The amount of oligomers contained in the polyester is not more than 2.0% by mass, and the thickness of the coating film is 0.001-0.5 µm.
