<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a latent image synthesizing technique for synthesizing image data with binary image data as latent image information. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of printed matter comprises the input process of inputting binary image data g of which either a first region or a second region is to be an object of discriminating authenticity and binary image data h wherein a pixel of brightness α and a pixel of brightness β (α and β are integers larger than 0 and β>α) are arbitrarily arranged, the data forming process of forming binary image data i on the basis of the data g and the data h, the data synthesizing process of forming image data j with the latented binary image g by synthesizing the data h with the data i, and the printing process of manufacturing printed matter having an image being the object of discriminating authenticity, on the basis of the image data j with the latented binary image g. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
