PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web content converting and editing system that absorbs the constraints on a mobile station. SOLUTION: When a part of a content is requested from a mobile station 10, the Web content converting and editing system 12 acquires the whole of the content from application servers 13a-13c, and sends the part of the content specified by the mobile station 10 to the mobile station 10.
