PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mid partition wall capable of changing a holding position of a lashing belt in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: This mid partition wall 3 has a panel 12 partitioning the inside of a storage of a vehicle, and a belt holding part 16 holding the lashing belt 7 having its both end parts connected to a connecting part 6 arranged on a storage inside wall 4 along a surface of the panel 12.
