PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition of alicyclic epoxy resin which has excellent toughness, while retaining the heat resistance, transparency and low viscosity of the alicyclic epoxy resin. SOLUTION: This curable resin composition is characterized by comprising a rubber-dispersed resin composition prepared by dispersing a rubber component (C) in a resin composition comprising an alicyclic epoxy resin (A) and a liquid polyol (B) excluding polyether polyols. For example, the alicyclic epoxy resin (A), the polyol (B), and the rubber component (C) are preferably compounded in amounts of 20 to 95 pts.wt., 5 to 80 pts.wt. and 0.5 to 20 pts.wt., respectively, per 100 pts.wt. of the liquid polyol (B) liquid at ordinary temperature except the alicyclic epoxy resin (A) and the polyether polyols.
