PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron shielding shelter capable of utilizing water to minimize damages, with regard to irradiation caused by troubles at a nuclear power plant or neutron bombing or the like. SOLUTION: The inner walls 2 and the outer walls 1 of all wall surfaces of the shelter are assembled so as to secure a space of 10 cm or more between the inner walls and the outer walls, and water as a neutron shielding material is filled and sealingly closed in the space between the inner walls 2 and the outer walls 1.
