A movable deep underground water picking device is provided to detect the overload of a winch driving motor and a pump and cut off power from a power supply in the overload of the winch driving motor and the pump by employing an overload blocking module. A movable deep underground water picking device includes a body(110), a power supplying module(120), a winch driving motor(130), an integrated pipe(140), an overload blocking module(150), and a pump(160). The body includes a winch(111) such that the winch rotates. The body is provided at the front surface thereof with a door. The power supplying module is installed in the body. The winch driving motor is installed in the body to reversibly rotate the winch by using power from the power supplying module. The integrated pipe has one end connected to the body, and is wounded around the winch.
