An anti-glare coating composition is provided to easily form anti-glare films having excellent anti-reflective performance and anti-fouling property. An anti-glare coating composition is applied onto a transparent substrate(5) to form an anti-glare layer(3). The anti-glare coating composition includes a first component, a second component, and a fluorinated compound and/or a siloxane-based compound. Each of the first component and the second component is one selected from the group comprising monomer, oligomer, and resin, or a combination of two or more. After the anti-glare coating composition is applied onto the substrate, the first component and the second component are phase-separated by a difference in physical properties between the first component and second component. |
