The device has a ramp (1) provided with a set of orientable noses (2) projecting water in a form of micro droplets on a fabric of an external blind, where the ramp includes various shapes and lengths. A section of the ramp has a maximum diameter of 6 centimeter. The ramp is positioned above the external blind by rectangular shaped fixed supports (3). A groove (7) provides a junction between the ramp and the supports, where the groove includes 1 centimeter depth and 5 millimeter width and is terminated by a female cylindrical hole with 7 millimeter diameter.
