<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag which can be used in a plurality of regions which use different frequency bands. <P>SOLUTION: The RFID tag equipped with tag antennas and a tag LSI comprises a feeding element wherein the tag LSI is mounted to a feeding pattern portion, a plurality of patch antennas of different sizes which work as the tag antennas, and a high-frequency coupling portion which establishes high-frequency coupling between the feeding element and each patch antenna. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
