<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment capable of displaying the remaining power of a battery delicately by considering power consumption used to display an image. <P>SOLUTION: The portable electronic equipment comprises: a display part 15 which has a plurality of display elements and performs display by controlling a light-emission state at each of the plurality of display elements; a control part 12 which performs a control so as to draw a prescribed image on the display part 15; the battery 17 which performs power supply to the display part 15 and the control part 12, wherein the control part 12 monitors the state of the battery 17, when the display of an image is performed by the display part 15 upon the calculation of the remaining power of the battery 17, sets a correction value based on display colors of the displayed image, specifies the remaining power of the battery 17 by using the correction value and a voltage value presenting the state of the battery 17 and displays the specified remaining power on the display part 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
