<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep records of the work in a work management system which manages information regarding a plurality of work processes without imposing large burdens on a worker. <P>SOLUTION: This work management system S comprises an information processing device having a process part 11 and a storage part 14, an IC tag information reader which is attached to an IC tag table where a worker of a work space puts an IC tag on during work and which reads the information of the IC tag put on the IC tag table and transmits the read information to the information processing device, and a voice input device which inputs the voice of the worker and transmits it to the information processing device.
