The method, system and device provided can set the group conditions of the multiparty communication, and limit the participator of multiparty communication through the group conditions. The method for issuing event status includes: after receiving the issue message containing event status of the resources and the authorization message, controlling the subscribing limitation of event status of the resource according to the authorization message. The method can carry out subscribing limitation to the event status.
