A method for transferring a human image, the method for displaying a caller image, and the method for searching the human image based on image tag information are provided to enable a user to transfer the human image conveniently to a receiver mobile terminal without searching an email address for the human image and display the caller image according to a predetermined rule even if an image is not set to a caller mobile number. A mobile terminal receives a call from a caller(S710). The mobile terminal searches a first image including first ID information corresponding to the call of the caller as tag information(S720). Second ID information excluding the first ID information is extracted from the first searched first image. A second image including the extracted second ID information as the tag information is searched. The mobile terminal displays at least one of the searched first and second images(S730). The call is at least one of a phone call, an SMS(Short Message Service), a mobile email, and an MMS(Multimedia Messaging Service). The searched image tag information includes a mobile number of the caller.
