A vaginal phytocomposition for the topical treatment of candida-associated vulvovaginitis contains as the following antimycotic components the tincture of the wormwood and the higher basidial mushroom Lentinus edodes. The composition also contains the essential oils of the fennel and the sage, dimethylsulfoxide, spermaceti, the white wax, lanoline, boric acid, dimedrol, lactic acid, cacao oil, and sunflower oil. |
