FIELD: technology of food products making. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of preserved food cooking includes carrots, parsley root, celery root and onions cutting, browning in melted butter and mincer grinding, potatoes cutting, blanching and mincer grinding, stinging nettle freezing and mincer grinding, boiling until mass doubling and rice grinding in mincer, chicken meat grinding in mincer, mixing of specified components with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation. ^ EFFECT: preserved food for space meals has higher assimilability compared to similar culinary dish. |
