<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to return a printing condition to an originally set state with a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: a display part for displaying an image; a recording part for printing the image on recording paper; an operating part for inputting the printing condition by the operator; a printing condition receiving part for receiving the printing condition input to the operating part as the printing condition to be applied to the printing action of the recording part; and a display control part for displaying a preview image, where the received printing condition is reflected, in the display part. When the operating part receives the input of a display changeover indication, by which displaying is performed by changing-over the preview image into the preview image displayed immediately before, the printing condition receiving part rewrites the printing condition of a present situation, which is received as the printing condition to be applied to the printing action of the recording part, into the printing condition received immediately before.
