<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing tea beverage group packed in container, by which the content of methylated catechin is kept at a prescribed value, in the production process of the tea beverage packed in a container. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the green tea beverage group packed in the container includes an extraction step for extracting at least one kind of tea leaves selected from among a group consisting of species of "Benifuki", "Benifuji" and "Benihomare" green teas; a first analysis step for measuring the amounts of tannin in the extracts obtained at the extraction step; a water-adding step for regulating the extract to a prescribed concentration based on the amount of the tannin; and a second analysis step for measuring the content of the tannin in the prepared solution obtained at the water-adding step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
