HIGHLY CONCENTRATED FABRIC SOFTENER COMPOSITIONS

A highly concentrated fabric softener composition is provided to prevent the hydrolysis of a cationic surfactant and to improve stability and fragrance satisfaction. A highly concentrated fabric softener composition comprises 50-80 wt% of a cationic surfactant; 10-45 wt% of a solubilizing agent; 1-20 wt% of a perfume; and 20 wt% or less of water. Preferably the cationic surfactant is at least one selected from the compounds represented by the formula 1, 2 or 3, wherein R1 and R6 are independently H, -CH3 or -CH2CH2OH; R2 to R5 are independently -CH2CH2OCOR9 or -CH2CH2CH2NHCOR9; R9 is a C12-C22 alkenyl group having an iodine value of 70 or more; R7 and R8 are independently a C12-C22 linear or branched alkyl group, an alkenyl group or an alkyl-alkenyl group; and X is a halogen atom, CH3SO4^- or C2H5SO4^-.
