<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface compact, easy to operate and reducing the number of switches. <P>SOLUTION: The user interface comprises: a substrate mounted, on its surface, with a switch element for changing electric characteristics by deformation, and an electric characteristic detecting element for detecting the change of electric characteristics; a rotator provided to press a part of the switch element when inclined; and a center button provided in an aperture of the rotator.
