PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and sealed interconnection device connecting between substrates each other. SOLUTION: An electrical interconnection device (2) including an electrical element (6) and a sealing member (8) stored in a body (4). The body is provided with a first part (10) and a second part (12) bonded to each other to form an enclosure for retaining the electrical element and a sealing member. Sealed passageways (18) extend from the sealing member to the electrical element, substrates (26) are inserted through the sealing member (8) into the passageways (18) for connection to the electrical element (6).
