PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of adjusting the flipping direction of a game ball immediately after colliding on a guide rail into a stable state and sufficiently suppressing irregular flipping of game balls. SOLUTION: A Pachinko game machine is provided with an arcuate shot ball guide passage 8 for guiding game balls to a game area 7, and the guide rail 59 provided in the outer circumferential side edge part of the shot ball guide passage 8 and coming into contact with the balls, wherein a part of the guide rail 59 closer to a starting end on which the game ball entering the shot ball guide passage 8 may collide is defined as a ball collision part 80, the ball collision part 80 has a ball position adjusting opening groove 83 having a width narrower than that of the game ball and having its opening central axis C extending along the extending direction of the guide rail 59, and the width of the opening of the ball position adjusting opening groove 83 is gradually narrowed as it runs towards the terminal end side of the guide rail 59.
