摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laser photoinduction wiring device applicable to wiring on an LSI chip and capable of enhancing the reproducibility of characteristics or the reliability. SOLUTION: In the laser photoinduction wiring device, a ring optical resonator 13 consisting of a looped optical waveguide is provided on a substrate 11, at least two optical gain portions 18 are provided in the ring optical resonator 13, a laser oscillator consisting of the ring optical resonator 13 and the optical gain portion 18 is made to perform laser oscillation by pumping each optical gain portion 18, laser oscillation state of the laser oscillator is changed by varying the gain of at least one optical gain portion 18 by an input signal thereby switching the optical path gain of the ring optical resonator 13, and an output signal is obtained by detecting the change of laser oscillation state at an optical gain portion 18 where the gain is not varied.
