GROWING SYSTEM AND THE METHOD FOR GARLIC

A cultivation method of unripe garlic is provided to crop the unripe garlic all the year round, reduce the labor force, and enhance the productivity. A cultivation apparatus of unripe garlic comprises: a garlic arranging device which arranges a plurality of garlic seeds(10) and forms a garlic frame; a nutritive element compressing device which compresses nutritive elements necessary for the growth of garlic on the upper and lower sides of the garlic frame; a freezing device which freezes/refrigerates the garlic frame with compressed nutritive elements to perform dormancy-breaking; a germination room which is stored in the freezing device and germinates dormancy-broken garlic seeds; and a growing room which grows the germinated garlic to cultivate unripe garlic. The garlic arranging device comprises: gauze tapes(32,34) which allow garlic seeds to be wrapped at regular intervals; and a frame(30) which forms the garlic seeds into a garlic frame. A cultivation method of unripe garlic comprises the steps of: (i) making a garlic frame; (ii) compressing nutritive elements on the upper and lower sides of the garlic frame; (iii) performing dormancy-breaking; (iv) germinating garlic seeds when dormancy is broken; and (v) growing the germinated garlic.
