A drawer with a paper shredder is provided to avoid occupying an indoor space unnecessarily by installing a paper shredder integrally, and perform a process of shredding documents without external power. A drawer with a paper shredder includes a drawer body(1), a paper shredder(2) and a driving unit(3). The paper shredder is fixed on one side of the inside of a first drawer that is installed on the upper end of the drawer body. The driving unit includes plural rack gears(31), a pinion gear, a driving gear and an interlocking gear. The pinion gear is rotated by plural rack gears. The driving gear engages with the pinion gear to shred document when the first drawer is moved to the inner space of the drawer, and restrains the shredding of the document when the drawer is opened to the outer side.
