A double floor structure with high construction efficiency is provided to keep sound insulation efficiency and to improve constructability. A double floor structure with high construction efficiency, as a double floor unit installed on a floor slab(10), comprises a support(30) and an upper plate(50), a sound absorbing and thermal insulating member(40) installed between the slab and a double floor unit to supply thermal insulating efficiency and sound absorbing efficiency, a sound insulating and shock absorbing member(60) and a thermal insulating member(70) piled up between a wall(20) and the double floor unit in order to offer sound insulating efficiency and thermal insulating efficiency, a thermal insulating sheet(80) installed on the upper part of the thermal insulating member and the upper part of the upper plate of the double floor unit to offer thermal insulating efficiency, a heating mortar layer(90) formed on the upper part of the thermal insulating sheet and including a heat sink such as a heating pipe to function as a heating layer, and a flooring member(100) as a finishing member installed on the upper part of the heating mortar layer. |
