A method for preparing a drinkable chlorella is provided to obtain the chlorella, which shows high activity when absorbed into or attached to human body and has increased applicability, by adding garlic and traditional oriental medicines during cultivation of the chlorella with generation of vortex. To prepare a drinkable chlorella comprising effective ingredients of traditional oriental medicines, garlic and the traditional oriental medicines are added during cultivation of the chlorella with generating vortex by spraying a cultivation water through a spraying nozzle having an angle of 15-60° from the center of a cultivation tank and supplying oxygen at the same time.
